How to get around in Cluj-Napoca

Taxi

  •    The cost of a taxi from Cluj-Napoca to Bánffy Castle is approximately 120-150 lei (30-minute drive).
       

  • You can call a taxi at Nova Taxi (0264 949) or Diesel Taxi (0264 946) for a direct ride.

Uber

  • An Uber ride from Cluj-Napoca to the castle will cost around 90-130 lei, depending on the type of service chosen (UberX, UberXL, etc.).
     

  • Simply use the Uber app to check availability and price

Public Transport

  • Bus: You can take a bus from Cluj-Napoca to Bonțida. The most common line is 25N, but please check schedules in advance as these buses are not frequent.

Trains

  • Check Updated Schedules: Train times can change, so we recommend checking the updated schedule on  Mersul Trenurilor.
     

  • Ticket Purchase: You can buy tickets online on CFR Călători or at the ticket counters in the train stations.
     

  • Travel Duration: The average travel time to Bonțida is about 40 minutes.
